Individual debriefing sessions differ from professional supervision in that they have a single, specific focus—namely, reflection, reframing, and recovery after an acute incident. They have a set structure and preferably take place within hours to days of the precipitating event.
If you are unable to wait for a prearranged supervision slot or you are not an existing client, you may still be able to book an urgent individual debriefing session. They are, however, dependent on availability. Due to their unpredictable nature, sessions will ideally take place online or over the phone. (In-person sessions can sometimes be arranged.)

Group debriefing sessions suit teams that have recently experienced an acute incident together. Participant numbers are not limited (unlike group supervision, where participants are limited to six). Sessions ideally take place in person and may take up to two hours. They follow a set structure and follow-up sessions will be recommended. Sessions will always be confidential.

An additional call-out fee of $20 will apply to urgent hot debriefs (minutes to hours after an incident) and will only require organisational approval if occurring during work hours. Contact me by text to check my availability.
An appointment must be made for cold debriefs (hours to days or longer after an incident). A group representative must take responsibility for organising members' attendance. Appointments outside of work hours do not require organisational approval. I welcome private group inquiries from all sectors.
I also welcome inquiries from organisations about subcontracting arrangements.
